Premier League fixture schedule 2022-2023. Liverpool's faces
The final and decisive Premier League matches of the season, which are experiencing fierce conflicts, will be held on Sunday, most notably the title struggle between Liverpool and Manchester City.
The conflict continues between Manchester City, the defending champions, and Liverpool, which includes Egyptian Mohamed Salah, before one round of the end of the season.
Manchester City has the advantage of being top of the table with 90 points, with a goal difference of +72, one point ahead of Liverpool, and a goal difference of +66.
Manchester City will meet Aston Villa at the Etihad Stadium on Sunday in the last round of the Premier League, while Liverpool plays Wolverhampton at Anfield on the same day, and in the same round.
If Manchester City can beat Aston Villa, they will win the Premier League title regardless of the result of the Liverpool match, and they can win the title if they draw provided the Reds lose at the hands of Wolverhampton.
Liverpool must first beat Wolverhampton and then wait for Manchester City to falter, whether in a draw or a loss.
Away from the title clash, Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal are competing for the last (fourth) Champions League qualifying card next season, and Burnley and Leeds United are struggling to escape the spectre of relegation to the Premier League.
The date of the last round of the Premier League
All matches of the last round of the Premier League (10 matches) are scheduled to be held simultaneously, at 05:00 pm Cairo time, and 6:00 pm Mecca time, on Sunday, to ensure the principle of equal opportunities and prevent manipulation.
